For the party highlight, use thick transparent 3D gel or acrylic powder exactly on the boundary of the French line to directly sculpt and cure a chubby, cute dimensional ribbon.
Finish
Since dust caught in the bumpy texture of the 3D ribbon can make it look cloudy, the key is using a detail brush to meticulously apply non-wipe top gel along the curves of the ribbon. Apply a generous amount of thick top gel with an overlay function so the entire nail looks like a chubby jelly, finishing voluminously.
