Art
Thinly layer milky and creamy white color gel 2-3 coats to create a neat and clear full color without brush marks. Containing the balletcore sensibility, beautifully place plump and lovely 3D hearts as points using highly transparent clear gel. /
Finish
Apply UV-blocking non-wipe top gel highly resistant to yellowing so the gloss is maintained for a long time even at outdoor festivals. Carefully coat top gel along the curves of the 3D heart part to capture both the three-dimensional effect and dazzling sparkle at the same time.
