Finish
To ensure the transparent and thick volume of the embo line doesn't get crushed, skip the full overlay and thinly and uniformly apply a watery non-wipe top gel. Delicately touching with the tip of the brush along the curves of the embo line while applying the top gel to meticulously coat it can complete a gloss where the base color and embo blend brilliantly like glass beads.
