Finish

So the cute volume of the 3D clear ribbon doesn't become dull or spread, apply runny top gel thinly over the ribbon's surface as if lightly sweeping it along the texture with a brush. Liberally apply a scratch-resistant high-gloss top gel to the beige base and white French parts to draw out a clear and deep glass-like shine.
