Art
Dip a fine brush in white painting gel and draw thin horizontal and vertical lines overlapping each other to delicately complete a light-feeling transparent tweed pattern. On the art, cutely sculpt a round and plump 3D transparent ribbon using clear embossing gel or builder gel to give a point.
Finish
Carefully coat by applying top gel along the art with a thin fine brush so the texture of the transparent tweed and the 3D ribbon don't collapse. Firmly seal around the ribbon and the edge lines with non-wipe top gel and cure so the art doesn't fall off when carrying luggage or being active during travel.
