Finish
Apply matte top gel to the tweed art section to bring out the rough texture and cozy feel unique to tweed. Be careful not to let the matte top touch the stones and cubics, and solidly fill only the surrounding gaps with clear gel. Seal the surface and edges very smoothly so the stones don't catch on fabrics or knits, providing comfort throughout the trip.
