Art
Apply 2 coats of soft pastel-tone sky blue gel as a base. After weaving white and dark blue gel with a fine brush to draw a cozy tweed texture, place transparent emboss lines flowing like waves dimensionally with thick clear gel or emboss gel. /
Finish
To avoid covering the texture of the tweed while not crushing the shape of the emboss line, carefully coat the whole thing using a thin and easy-to-apply non-wipe top gel to finish smoothly and glossily.
