Base
Cleanly file the nail length into a round and cute short oval shape suitable for a high-activity water park environment, and apply highly retentive base gel. Lay down a thin coat of clear base or very pale nude-toned syrup to keep the transparent water-light sentiment. Apply matte top gel and squeaky-cleanly wipe off the uncured gel to prepare a canvas so the watercolor art naturally bleeds clearly like paint.
Art
Take vintage khaki syrup gel with thinned consistency on a sponge or fine brush, irregularly dab it on the nail, and scatter the edges with the brush tip to create a unique marble where watercolor paint clearly bleeds. Using tweezers, sensationally arrange very small and delicate pre-pressed dried flowers (real flowers) between the khaki watercolor lines, covering them with clear gel to fix them like a transparent underwater garden.
Finish
