Base
To highlight the clear and transparent feel of watercolor, apply a perfectly clear base or a very thin coat of watery white syrup gel. Neatly wipe off the uncured gel to prepare for the watercolor ink to bleed beautifully. /
Art
Drop pastel watercolor paints or inks fitting for spring, such as pink, mint, and yellow. Soften the borders with clear gel to create a watercolor mood, then attach gold or silver line tapes across to create a focal point. /
Finish
