Art
After applying light pastel color gel, cure non-wipe top gel and rub brilliant aurora-light mirror powder to create a metallic pastel beam. Use clear embossing gel or hard gel to pump up plump and irregular waterdrop shapes in 3D. /
Finish
To not ruin the round and transparent texture unique to embossed waterdrops, delicately apply top gel only on the base background avoiding the drops, or brush a very thin top gel overall just to bring out the shine.
