Apply white magnet gel containing fine silver magnetic particles overall, and use a magnet to elegantly gather the cat's eye grain so light radiates brilliantly. After fixing the magnetic grain, take thick and tacky clear gel or embo gel on a fine brush to cute-sculpt a transparent and convex 3D heart over the magnet glow.

Finish
