Art
Drop white watercolor ink on a transparent base and loosen the borders with cleanser to create a feeling of smudging clearly like clouds. Over the completely dried white watercolor base, scoop thick and non-flowing clear embossing gel with a dotting tool and thickly place water droplet or abstract shapes to revive a kitschy 3D dimensionality.
Finish
Quickly secure with a pin cure so the embo doesn't scatter, perfectly maintaining the plump volume of the water droplets. Leaving the watercolor background matte and the embo water droplets glossy brings out the texture contrast, making the art stand out much more.
