Proceed with a long extension using plenty of hard gel to firmly highlight the apex so it doesn't break during travel. Smoothly file the surface curves after extension and perfectly fill the irregularities with base gel. Apply 2 coats of a deep dark color base like black or deep navy so the tweed art stands out.
Art
Dip white, silver, and bright neon colored line gels on a fine brush to build up a rough and 3D cross-shaped tweed pattern over the dark base. A pro tip is to draw the lines not too straight for the texture unique to tweed. Mix acrylic powder into clear gel to make it thick, then kitschily sculpt cute embossed art in heart or star shapes and firmly flash-cure.
Finish
Apply matte top gel to the tweed pattern part to maximize the texture, and meticulously coat the embossed art part with runny glossy top gel to highlight the volume, giving a contrast of matte and glossy. Perfectly seal the edges with clear gel so the emboss doesn't fall off when pulling travel luggage. End the procedure by gently massaging with fragrant lotion.
