Over that, delicately draw a deep French with a crisp and clean smile line along the free edge using bright white gel to maximize contrast. Finish
To prevent the unique pearl coating from melting or becoming cloudy due to the top gel's chemical ingredients, absolutely never apply top gel over the pearls; instead, meticulously seal only the surrounding gaps with clear gel. Thickly apply a non-wipe top gel with excellent gloss only to the red base and white French areas to complete a glass-like coating.
