Mix a small amount of clear sky-blue and blue syrup colors into clear gel and roughly apply a watercolor marble, preserving the brush strokes. Place crushed real mother-of-pearl flakes into the marble gaps to express the ocean's brilliance, then use a fine detail brush to pick up clear embo gel and draw thick, rounded 3D seashell textures line by line.
Finish
To prevent the 3D shell embo texture from collapsing, apply the top gel with a very light hand, thinly brushing along the embossed lines. Apply a thicker layer of top gel over the mother-of-pearl areas to smooth the surface, and complete the resort mood by adding tiny pearls or charms reminiscent of ocean spray as accents.
