The core of the procedure is to lightly file the free edge and meticulously seal it with base gel so the mirror powder doesn't peel from the rim. Apply a high-gloss top gel overall, but use a fine detail brush to delicately coat the surface of the 3D ribbon so its curves and textures aren't flattened. Gently apply and absorb hand essence to complete a sophisticated date look.
