Apply 1 coat of transparent white or light pink syrup, then mix trendy pastel pink, light purple, and sky blue syrups with mixing gel, tapping them to aesthetically design a watercolor marbling spreading dreamily like clouds. Mainly around the overlapping borders of the colors, lightly place pink and silver pearl flakie glitter that shines mysteriously depending on the angle to give a point that sparkles the most glamorously under outdoor lighting.
Finish
To not make the delicate and clear feeling unique to watercolor cloudy while ensuring the surface of the glitter isn't rough, overlay thinly and evenly overall using thin clear gel.
