Art
Apply one coat of clear milky syrup base, then lightly dab a small amount of delicate pastel pink, peach, or lavender color gel on a sponge in the center of the nail to complete a dreamy cheek art. Loosening softly with clear gel so border lines don't form is the secret. Using a thick non-flowing clear embossing gel over the cheek, scoop with a dotting tool and kitschily place 3D water droplet shapes in various sizes.
Finish
Quickly secure with a pin cure before the plump shape of the embossed water droplets collapses to perfectly revive the transparent and luminous dimensionality. Making the cheek background soft with a matte top and thinly applying a glossy top over the embossed water droplets maximizes the texture contrast. Delicately refine so the edge lines of the extended part are not distorted to finish sturdily and lovely.
