베이스

양쪽 대칭이 완벽한 숏 스퀘어 쉐입을 만들어 트위드 패턴이 균형 있게 들어갈 수 있는 도화지를 준비합니다. 컬러 젤의 착색을 막고 밀착력을 높여주는 쫀쫀한 베이스 젤을 프리엣지까지 꼼꼼히 바릅니다. 큐어링 후 미경화 젤을 깨끗하게 닦아내어 드로잉 준비를 마칩니다.

아트

화이트 베이스를 원콧 깐 뒤, 얇은 세필붓을 이용해 라벤더, 화이트, 실버 컬러 젤을 가로세로 십자 모양으로 섬세하게 교차시켜 트위드 직물의 입체적인 텍스처를 한 땀 한 땀 그려냅니다. 결을 살리기 위해 중간중간 가 큐어링을 진행하는 것이 매우 중요해요. 힙한 무드를 더하기 위해 얇고 시크한 메탈 체인을 큐티클 라인이나 프렌치 라인에 맞춰 재단하여 올립니다.

마무리

체인 사이사이에 먼지나 이물질이 끼지 않도록 묽은 클리어 젤을 브러시에 소량 묻혀 체인 구멍마다 꼼꼼히 메워 고정합니다. 트위드 특유의 포슬포슬한 원단 질감을 극대화하기 위해 트위드 아트 위에는 무광 탑을, 체인 위에는 유광 탑을 각각 발라 질감의 대비를 줍니다. 엣지 라인을 날렵하게 다듬어 힙한 스퀘어 핏을 완벽히 살려냅니다.

Base

Create a perfectly symmetrical short square shape to prepare a canvas where the tweed pattern can fit harmoniously. Meticulously apply a tacky base gel up to the free edge to prevent staining from color gels and increase adhesion. Wipe off uncured gel cleanly after curing to prepare for drawing.

Art

Apply one coat of white base, then use a fine detail brush to delicately crisscross lavender, white, and silver color gels horizontally and vertically, drawing the 3D texture of tweed fabric stitch by stitch. Flash-curing in between is highly important to maintain the texture lines. To add a hip vibe, cut and place a thin, chic metal chain along the cuticle or French line.

Finish

Apply a small amount of thin clear gel with a brush meticulously into each hole of the chain to secure it and prevent dust or debris from getting stuck. To maximize the unique fuzzy fabric texture of the tweed, apply a matte top on the tweed art and a glossy top on the chain, creating a texture contrast. Sharply refine the edge lines to perfectly highlight the hip square fit.
